If you are an investor looking to develop real estate projects in Spain, The Fund provides you fast and flexible alternative financing from 6-30 months.  Investing with financing

We introduce you to developers or project managers with a team structure and track record (Joint Development).  This permits you to increases your ROI but it also to reduce risks.

The Fund is an intermediary working closely with our developers and property investors.  We benchmark and negotiated 10-12 lending funds, so your project receive the best possible lending terms.

No requirements:

  • Provide personal guarantees (income declaration, salaries, dividends..) 
  • Any specific nationality or currency
  • Advanced payments to The Fund

Requirements:

  • A local company (S.L. )
  • A business plan (The Fund arrange this)

Conditions:

  • Rates from 1.00% pm (can be financed)
  • Opening fee: 2-5% (can be financed)
  • The return of the lending amount is made once you sold the property. Normally no monthly payments are required.
